| Job Summary | Join a high-performing Research Platform Engineering team as a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, building and operating scalable cloud-native infrastructure that powers research, AI workloads, simulations, and data-intensive applications. You will design distributed systems, develop platform services and APIs, and automate cloud resource management to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance. Working closely with researchers and engineers, you will help shape platform architecture, optimise compute and storage infrastructure, and enhance observability and operational resilience. The ideal candidate brings strong programming skills in Go, Python, or C++, alongside experience in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Linux, and distributed systems. With opportunities in Miami or New York, this role offers a competitive base salary of $175,000–$350,000, discretionary incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
