| Job Summary | We’re seeking a senior technical network leader to own and evolve high-performance, latency-sensitive infrastructure supporting global trading operations. You’ll lead and develop a specialised engineering team while setting network strategy across data centre, WAN and colocation environments. The role combines deep hands-on technical credibility with architecture, automation, capacity planning, resilience, observability, and infrastructure-as-code. Working closely with trading, technology, and senior business stakeholders, you’ll translate business priorities into infrastructure decisions, drive major initiatives, manage complex technical trade-offs, and shape broader engineering standards and strategy. |
