| Job Summary | This role leads the DevOps function responsible for the deployment, reliability, and scalability of global trading infrastructure. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve automation, and ensure high system availability in a real-time environment. Working closely with development, trading, and infrastructure teams, you will drive operational excellence, manage production readiness, and lead incident response while fostering a high-performance engineering culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation. As Head of DevOps Engineering, you will lead a globally distributed team responsible for the infrastructure, deployment platforms, and operational excellence supporting mission-critical trading systems. Combining hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, you will drive automation, reliability, scalability, and production readiness across complex low-latency environments. This role offers significant influence over technical direction, team development, and infrastructure strategy while working closely with engineering, trading, and business stakeholders. |
