| Job Summary | As a Production Support Specialist within our Global Trade Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of proprietary and third-party trading systems, middle and back-office systems, and market connectivity across various asset classes and global locations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting production incidents, developing automation tools, configuring and deploying software, and proactively monitoring systems to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
Collaborating with trading groups, development, infrastructure, and other teams, you will help maintain the availability of trading systems, minimize downtime, and facilitate quick incident recovery. Your expertise in FIX protocol, equities trading, SQL, Linux, and Windows support, along with your strong troubleshooting and scripting skills, will be key assets in this role.
With a commitment to continuous improvement and clear communication, you will document procedures, build automation tools, and contribute to the efficiency of our production support function.
