| Job Summary | In the role of Development and QA Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our core proprietary trading systems within the development and QA environments. Your responsibilities encompass managing all system processes, from monitoring to error log monitoring, configuration management, and resource optimization across these environments.
As a seasoned professional, you will provide essential support to developers, QA teams, and other groups using test systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Collaboration with DB admins and developers to manage database changes, coordinating deployment processes, and maintaining exchange connectivity are key aspects of your role. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of web-based interfaces and scripting to enhance processes, monitoring, and configuration.
With your extensive experience in high-performance application support, script development, SQL, and platform support (Linux & Windows), you will drive efficiency and improvements in our production support function. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment will be instrumental in your success. |
