| Job Summary | As a Night Trading Systems Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and stability of our proprietary trading applications during the Night Trading shift (4pm-1am). Your responsibilities include deploying, monitoring, and configuring these applications, offering technical expertise and support to the high-frequency trading floor, and developing fluency in existing systems and procedures. Your automation skills will be essential in streamlining processes, and your ability to script against configuration files, databases, and logs will contribute to operational efficiency. Serving as a single point of contact for IT queries, you'll troubleshoot and solve issues for trading and enterprise applications. Collaborating with development teams, you'll ensure the health and stability of the production trading environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help drive production systems toward simplicity and reliability.
