Collaboration with development and engineering teams to enhance production functionalities is crucial. To excel in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in an application or production support role, possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, and be knowledgeable in scripting, networked application systems, and IT analytics. A technical degree or equivalent industry experience is required, and familiarity with trading systems support and financial trade floor experience is a plus.
