| Job Summary | As a Financial Program Delivery Leader, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large programs within a proprietary trading firm. Your role involves applying Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Waterfall methodologies tailored to each program's specific needs. You will ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality, proactively identifying and resolving program-level risks and issues. Collaborating closely with traders, quants, and technology teams, you will develop strong relationships, understand requirements, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
