| Job Summary | This is an opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join a high-performance Core Development team responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing sophisticated algorithmic trading platforms. You’ll work across software infrastructure, distributed systems, operating systems, networking, and performance optimization while collaborating closely with engineering, networking, quantitative research, and trading teams globally. The role combines hands-on technical development with strategic problem solving, giving you the opportunity to influence technology direction and tackle complex business challenges in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Candidates should bring 3–4+ years of software engineering experience, strong C++ or Python skills, solid computer systems knowledge, and the maturity to operate effectively across technical and business functions.
