| Job Summary | Join a specialist engineering team responsible for the reliability, observability and performance of a high-volume data platform. As a Data Platform SRE & Observability Engineer, you’ll own observability end to end, from instrumentation and telemetry collection through dashboards, alerting and incident response, while operating near-real-time streaming workloads across Kubernetes and AWS. You’ll design resilient data pipelines, implement data quality controls and optimise OLAP tables and SQL for billion-row analytical workloads. The role combines hands-on SRE, data engineering and infrastructure work across Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, streaming technologies, observability platforms and analytical databases, with a strong focus on diagnosing root causes and building systems that remain reliable at scale. |
