| Job Summary | As an IT Operations Analyst within our Technology Infrastructure team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our global technology environment. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and telephony systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, performing system builds and upgrades, and supporting core trading and business software. You'll also identify opportunities for automation, create documentation, and collaborate closely with various teams. We value your excellent communication skills, passion for automation, and a proactive, innovative mindset. With at least 2 years of experience in Windows OS support and operational knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, you'll contribute to our low-latency platform's reliability. Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell are desirable, along with networking knowledge. Experience in financial, trading, or low-latency environments is advantageous.
