| Job Summary | As a CRM Integration Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in administering, evolving, and transforming the technical landscape across multiple SIG businesses, including Sustainable Investments, SIG Reinsurance, Digital Assets, and Growth Equity. Partnering directly with stakeholders, you will immerse yourself in our business, understanding their unique needs. Working closely with internal development teams and vendors, you'll design and implement solutions to enhance deal sourcing, deal creation, workflow management, analytics, reporting, and daily operations. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 development, integration, and data management will be essential as you advise on best practices and create solutions to support our various business areas. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to Dynamics 365 and other applications will also be part of your responsibilities. We require a Bachelor's degree in technology, 3-5 years of Dynamics 365 experience, proficiency in Microsoft .NET development, CRM SDK knowledge, and strong SQL skills.
