| Job Summary | Join a high-performance reliability team supporting critical trading applications and infrastructure. You’ll provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, take ownership of complex production incidents, automate repetitive operational processes, modernize monitoring and alerting, and collaborate closely with traders, trade monitors, and developers during market hours. The role combines hands-on Linux, Python, Bash, SQL, Git, configuration management, and deployment expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You’ll also participate in automated deployments, configuration changes, and an on-call rotation, helping build increasingly robust and scalable production infrastructure.
