Job Summary

Join a quantitative research team as a Senior Low-Latency Performance & Execution Researcher, investigating the complete trading execution path from exchange market data through low-latency systems, networks, brokers and exchange responses. You’ll analyse large-scale market, order, system and network data to reconstruct order lifecycles, identify latency and reliability drivers, and understand factors influencing fill outcomes. Combining rigorous quantitative analysis with systems expertise and experimentation, you’ll develop hypotheses, prototypes, performance metrics and monitoring tools, often reasoning from partial or noisy observations. Working closely with traders, software and hardware engineers, network teams, brokers and external partners, you’ll translate research findings into practical engineering and connectivity improvements across complex electronic trading infrastructure.
