We are seeking a Unified Communications Specialist to join our IT team and play a crucial role in expanding, monitoring, and managing our global voice and video infrastructure. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including IT operations, Cybersecurity, and Networking, to deliver smart solutions without disrupting daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass end-user setup, asset management, infrastructure maintenance, and project execution across our collaboration and telephony systems. With 7+ years of expertise in Cisco UC and Collaboration Suite, core networking and telephony technologies, and problem-solving skills, you will ensure system stability and user satisfaction while adhering to security standards. Fluency in English is required, and experience with programming or scripting is a plus.
