| Job Summary | Our Fixed Income technology team is seeking a Fixed Income Strategist/Developer who is passionate about financial markets and eager to enhance their analytical and technical skills. In this unique role, you will work closely with our traders to design and develop analytical tools that aid in market data analysis, risk management, and trade pattern recognition. These tools will be instrumental in the traders' daily decision-making processes. As you establish relationships with the trading desk, you will become the go-to person for developing tools and analytics around actionable trade ideas. While we primarily use C# for development, we welcome candidates with strong Excel/VBA skills who are interested in learning SQL, .NET, and other technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required. Familiarity with a trading environment and fixed income products is essential, along with strong written, analytical, and financial research skills. Hands-on experience building solutions in Excel is preferred. While experience with object-oriented programming is a plus, it's not required. We seek self-starters, quick learners, effective communicators, and problem-solvers to join our team and contribute to the development of tools that drive our traders' success. |
