| Job Summary | We are seeking Crypto Trading Software Engineers to join our crypto trading desk, which is expanding its spot and derivative trading capabilities globally, spanning both centralized and decentralized platforms. As a developer on this team, you will work closely with traders to enhance our crypto trading capabilities by engineering innovative, scalable, and stable systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to become an expert in specific crypto market strategies and exchanges. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and designing new strategies to troubleshooting and reconciling live trading outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 5 years of progressive software development experience, is required. You should have expertise in high-performance crypto trading software development using C++, as well as experience with smart contract development in Solidity or Rust. Familiarity with Web3, DeFi protocols, EVM, DAOs, NFTs, and a thorough understanding of full life-cycle development and performance optimization methodologies are essential.
