| Job Summary | We are seeking a Trade Management Technology Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining our critical trade management system. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team lead and manager, working both independently and within a team. Your primary focus will be on .NET-based technologies, particularly in the realm of distributed systems and high-volume processing. You should have a strong grasp of software lifecycle and multi-tier/distributed systems design, coupled with excellent technical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to explain complex ideas clearly to a diverse audience. A desire to learn and gain exposure to the business side of trading operations, especially post-trade processing aspects, is crucial to excel in this position.
